Web Developer / New Media Manager, Universal Music Group, January 2007 – July 2008

Web Developer (Jan 2007 – Oct 2007): Created full sites, contest pages, e-cards, banners, newsletters, flash banners for Universal Republic and Universal Motown artists. Led online and new media creative direction for the majority of department and label group projects.

New Media Manager (Oct 2007 – Jul 2008): Managed all day-to-day operations for New Media/Technology production department for major business unit of Universal Music Group. Supported several successful multi-Platinum product releases (artist list available upon request). Led a team of 6 designers/developers, including all daily scheduling, direction, work product evaluation, and overall performance reviews. Responsible for continuous operation and content updates for revenue producing network of over 128 internet properties with traffic in excess of 6.5 million page views. Coordinated with both business unit sales and marketing departments and UMG-wide Global Digital Initiatives and UMG Technical Advisory Committee. Reported to Sr. Director, New Technology.

Web Designer, Bloomingdale’s Direct, October 2008 – June 2009

Developed direct to consumer marketing and online advertising campaigns for flagship designers (brand list available upon request). Designed homepage and product page visuals for online channel sales, which exceeded $685 million in 2008. Creative work included fully integrated rich media advertising unit utilizing extensive client and server side programming. Developed and launched over 30 campaigns over 7 months. Lead flash banner developer for a team of 20. Reported to Creative Director.

Web Producer, Freelance, July 2009 – December 2010

Designed and developed websites, branding, and marketing strategies for the following companies and/or brands: MR Disability Insurance, Keith Kenny Music, Vitamins for Life, The University Way, Park East Promotions, First Steps Pre-School, Account On Me NJ.

Production Artist, G2 USA, January 2011 – May 2012

Developed digital assets, site pages, image files, and content updates for high-profile brands (client list available upon request), with page views in excess of 66,000 monthly. Handled all digital e-mail campaign consulting, coding, testing, editing and sending to client lists of over 100,000 subscribers. Coordinated with and helped launch Training At G2 (TAG), a new training program offered to employees, as well as incorporated monthly newsletters to company with online training CMS. Ran and presented trainings for multiple department heads on User Experience best practices for digital delivery and online creative work pertaining to email clients, coding accessibility, and consumer benefits. Assisted New Business team with conceptualizing sales pitches. Reported to Tech Lead.

Media & Web Producer, American Society of Mechanical Engineers, Aug 2012 – Now

Organize, review, record and edit interviews of high-profile engineers and educators into informative, entertaining and engaging web videos. Set up and oversee video recordings for keynote speakers at engineering conferences, as well as B-Roll footage to create engaging videos that support ASME’s mission (links to videos available upon request). Responsible for all media content uploaded to ASME.org, ASME Brightcove account, and ASME YouTube account. Part of a team in charge of renovating media room with 100K budget for supplies and tools. Assist web team with site updates, new page and site creation, HTML email campaigns and CMS upgrades. Report to Director, Web Services.
